PRAYER & WORSHIP
Baha'i worship is very different from most other religions, especially the Abrahemic ones. This is because the Baha'i do not gather in a single facility to worship together, but instead read their holy texts and interpret them how they choose and then follow out their revalations in their communities. Baha'is also believe that active community service is a fundamental to their religion and is needed to pull everyone closer together which is essentially the goal of "Bahaism". Baha'i prayers are often recited throughout the day, especially when waking up, at noon, and right before bed. Below is an example of a very common Baha'i prayer. It should also be noted that although a substantial portion of Baha'i prayers come from its creator, Baha'u'llah, Baha'i's are not bound to a set of prayers, but can also make up their own as they sit fit to worship properly.
"Blessed is the spot, and the house, and
the place, and the city, and the heart,
and the mountain, and the refuge,
and the cave, and the valley, and the land,
and the sea, and the island,
and the meadow where mention of God hath been made,
and His praise
glorified.”
—Bahá’u’lláh
